Use of Service
Michigan Title Academy provides exam preparation materials for the Michigan Title Insurance Producer Exam. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment Terms
Payment is required for access to paid course content. All sales are final and all fees are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for details. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources on Michigan Title Academy are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Michigan Title Academy is provided as is. We do not guarantee exam passage or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
